Innen: Flow PMS Súgó

How to set AJPES reporting?

1. Log in to admin.tmrwsystem.life

2. Settings → Authority reporting → AJPES

3. At AJPES reporting add:

  • registration number
  • username
  • password

then click on ’Enabled’ and it is ready!

How to check if the setting went well?

  • Settings →
  • Accommodations →
  • Choose your hotel →
  • Scroll down on the right side while you see Ajpes. If it is there, setting was done.
  • Guest counter: you can set the start number and later the system will always add +1 automatically.
  • If you manage reporting manually for some reason, you can rewrite the number in the guest counter field also.

Who should be reported?

Only REGISTERED GUESTS are relevant in connection with Ajpes but expected guests are not!

So after check in, guests who really arrived to the hotel will appear in REGISTERED GUESTS field.

With ’ CHECK DATA’ button you can check the data you are on to report to Ajpes system.

Checking the data

These data have to be reported to Ajpes.

’INVALID DATA(S)’ message appears if something is missing or filled wrong.

Even if we have set opportunity ’UNKNOWN’ in the gender field, it changes to MALE usually, because Ajpes system can handle only MALE or FEMALE gender.

If the form is completed correctly then click on ’ SEND’.

Successful report to Ajpes

If the registered guests are reported successfully, you can see a small bell icon next to the names.
