Extending a booking

Either if the booking was made through OTA or if it was made manually or via the App by the guest, the most secure method of extending a booking is to create a new booking in PMS for those days we would like to extend the original booking with.

The new booking should be created and checked in with the guest’s email address (the one she/he uses the App with).

The email address which was used by the guest in the first booking you can find on the right side of the reservation in ’Registered guests’ window.

You have to add the registered email address to the booking you have made to extend the first one, and copy datas and save.

When it’s check out time, set the status to checked out then change it to clean, then the booking for the extended day(s) in the App will change to 3/4 and the guest will receive the new key to open the door.

The only thing the guest has to do is to select the new booking in the App’s hamburger menu with ’Select booking’ option.
