Setting up a document reader
Adria Scan support contact and software installation:
- Contact: robert.staznik@adria-scan.com (Robert Staznik)
- Requirements: Windows operating system, MS .Net Framework 3.5, local administrator account. (the client is informed by an email what to prepare before the meeting)
- The software is installed remotely by Adria Scan staff.
A time must be agreed when the remote desktop connection between the client and the AdriaScan colleague can take place.
After the software is installed, the license will be activated.
- Test Scanning with AdriaScan software to make sure the connection between the scanner and the computer is complete and working properly.
- After installation and activation, the software license will be emailed to the customer.
The Scanner provider field is at the bottom of the accommodation settings, where the document reader can be set for the accommodation.
You will be able to scan with the machine the document reader is connected to. The following link has to be copied to the URL line shown in the image above: http://localhost:8118/IDReader
