Switch between currencies

The settlement currency is set in every hotel's settings, but it can be modified at reservations one by one.

Current opportunities: HUF, EUR

The basis for the conversion is the MNB's central rate. The currency on the invoice will be the same as in which the guest paid.

1. step: Click on the default currency and choose the wished one from the drop down options.

We will see the payment items are still in the preferred currency.

But on the invoice and the payment link the amount will be in the currency (converted at the current exchange rate) the guest asked for.

If you realize a manual payment in the PMS system, there you can set the currency also. In the upper right corner of the payment window you can choose from the drop down options.

If you switch between the currencies, the amount will be changed according to the selected currency’s middle rate at MNB.

In this case the invoice will be issued in the same currency.
