TMRW PMS Check-in

There are two ways to check in:

Check-in with TMRW mobile app

Through the mobile app, the guests can connect their bookings with their users. By using ’check-in’ the system fills the needed data then makes check-in. Then in the room calendar the reservation becomes gold colored (pre-checkedin status).   When the room’s status is clean and the conditions given by the hotel are met (e.g.room is paid) the guest receives a ’room ready’ notification. The reservation becomes deep blue in the room calendar.  

Manual check-in

The PMS user makes the check-in as follows: 

  • Open the guests’ reservation at arrival. It is in ’expected’ status yet.  
  • You have to record at least one registered guest to make the status ’checked-in’

You can find expected and registered guests below the billing information on the left side of the booking.

Here you can add additional expected guests to the reservation as well as copy the details of them to the registered guests. As indicated above, it is necessary to add at least one registered guest to check in. You can add data of registered guests manually or copy them from the details of expected guests. All you have to do is press this  button in the expected guest window.

If they are returning guests, you will be able to search and load their information in the top search engine by name or email.

After filling the data you can choose if you want to save only or to save and ckeck-in. If you would like to add additional guests’ data we recommend you to save and make the check-in at the last guest only. You can use the well-known ’Status’ -> ’Check-in’ option also in the upper right corner. Then the reservation’s status will change to ’Checked-in’
