TMRW Voucher
The voucher interface
You can login to the voucher interface here: https://voucher.tmrw.life/login with your registered email address and password
After logging in you are going to arrive to this site:
Vouchers
On this tab you can create vouchers to send in e-mail (for those guests who wouldn’t like to use TMRW Hotels/Apartments application.) If you click on ’create voucher’ button in the upper right corner you can create new vouchers.
If the quantity is 1 from the daily type voucher then it makes 1 voucher to be used per a day. (For instance: If a guest comes for 4 nights and breakfast is added to the booking then this daily type voucher is the most suitable to be used.)
As you may think from meaning, the In the whole interval type voucher is for the whole time interval, so if the quantity is 1 for a booking for 3 days then it can be used only once, not more. (For instance: If a couple comes for 3 nights to your hotel and a single entry permit to the local museum is added to this booking. In this situation you can use this type of voucher.)
The unlimited type voucher gives unlimited use for the set time interval. At this type the quantity doesn’t really matter. (For instance: If unlimited visit to the spa next to the hotel is added to the guest’s booking for the set time interval.)
The email looks like this on mobile:
Users
At this tab, with ’Admin’ permission you can add new users who can reach the Vouchers and Transactions only.
Accommodations
Here the Admin can add new accommodations. For instance: If more than one accomodation belongs to the operator.
Transactions
Here you can find the transactions and you can also use filters to make it easier.
On the voucher price can not be indicated. There won’t be any payment item in the PMS automatically. You can add the item manually or build the amount in to the roomprice. It depends on the operator.
Voucher in TMRW PMS
To set/ add a voucher is possible after binding only (at ’expected bound’ and ’checked-in’ bound statuses) on the bottom right at the booking above the invoice window.
By clicking on ’New voucher’ you can set the type of the new voucher (daily, in the whole interval and unlimited), the service (f.i.: breakfast), the quantity and the time interval.
If the quantity is 1 from the daily type voucher then it makes 1 voucher to be used per a day. (On default quantity will be the same as many guest is in the booking and it will be for the same interval as the longness of the booking minus 1 day!)
The In the whole interval type voucher is for the whole time interval, so if the quantity is 1 for a booking for 3 days then it can be used only once, not more. Guest uses it one in the set interval and not anymore.
The unlimited type voucher gives unlimited use for the set time interval. At this type the quantity doesn’t really matter. In this case the guest can use it several times in the set time interval.
Attention! The start date of the voucher can not be in the past → system will indicate error in this case.
The set voucher appears at the booking in PMS and in the app to the guest as a separate tile.
In the picture below we set breakfast (daily type) for a booking for 2 people for 3 nights (28th – 31st Oct).
And the way they have been created:
In this case 6 vouchers appears (3x2). PMS user can delete them by clicking on the bin icon.
The green arrow means the voucher hasn’t been used yet. After it has been used the arrow changes to a red X. That’s how you can see if the voucher has been used or not.
In the app a voucher tile will appear for the guest. He/she has to click on this tile and then to choose the one he/she would like to use.
Then a QR code will appear on the screen, which has to be shown to the person of the company providing the service (who has been registered with ’provider’ permission).
At breakfast the designated person reads the QR code (any type of reader can be used) which leads to the voucher interface. If he/she is not logged in to the system then it has to be done and then it is possible to add how many voucher is going to be used then.
In PMS green arrow changes to red X, so the voucher has been used.
The used, not used and canceled vouchers can be listed in Transactions by filtering.
