Add a new reservation

To add a new reservation manually, click on ‘Add new reservation’. Then you can add necessary data to the booking on the left side of the next page.

To provide information marked with stars is obligatory.

You can choose the Rate of the booking from the options you have created earlier. This will set the price and type of the booked room.

In case of manual booking Channel is always Manual. In case of reservations made through OTA partners at this point you will see the name of the partner.

At Room selection you can choose Default if you have made this setting earlier. It depends on you if you give the opportunity to the guests to choose room or not. During check in you can set room selection to enabled or disabled to the guest.

The Charge owner can be the guest or a partner (OTA). For more information check out Partner management and OTA rules

On the right side you can add the following data:

With ‘Load data with email’ option you can load data only for those guests who have already stayed at your hotel earlier. (Only guests staying after November 2021 can be listed in the system.)

With ‘New guest’ option you can add further guests to the booking. By toggling the optional parameters, you have the option to enter additional information. (Place of birth, age, language, etc.)

To create a reservation, the minimum information required is the first and last name of at least one guest and his/her nationality.

Merge with an existing reservation

For multiple-room bookings, you can merge the booking with a previously recorded reservation in the window shown below.

When you create and save a reservation, the system generates a TMRW ID to this reservation. In case of manually made bookings for multiple rooms you can merge the new reservation with the original one with this TMRW ID in a window like this:

If the reservation comes from an OTA partner that is connected to a Channel manager (eg Siteminder), than this merge process is not necessary, because it will be automatically done.

Billing data

You can enter the billing information under the window that merges your bookings.

Price calculation

You can set the reservation price manually in a window like this one below. By default the booking will be created with the rate you set earlier.

If you set Manual Reservation price you can add room price manually by nights. So you have to write as many lines as many nights the guest will stay.

Notes

You can add notes to the reservations. You can do it on the right side of the reservation’s page under the guest’s data.

In case of bookings made through an OTA partner information will appear here automatically.
