Login

From any browser you can reach the Property Management System via this url link:

https://admin.tmrwsystem.life/#/login

To log in you have to use the e-mail address and password you used when the account was created.

The PMS interface

After login you will see the home page which is the Room calendar.

On the left side you can find the menu bar with the followings:

Room Calendar, PMS rooms, Rates, Guests, Partners, Invoicing, Settings, Statistics, Accomodations, Language selector, Logout

On the top bar the followings can be seen:

‘Reservation list’, ‘Add Out of Order’ option, ‘Add new reservation’ option and ‘Add multiple reservations’ option.

Reservation list

Here you can view the bookings organized in a filterable list. (If we set a reservation to "no show", we will see it in this list, but it will be removed from the room calendar!)

Here you can add out of order rooms.

Room calendar

Under the top menu bar you can filter room types and dates. With the two blue button with arrow on them you jump +/- 15 days in the calendar. Next to these buttons there are the dates and under them the active and available numbers of rooms. Under this section the hotel’s rooms and their statuses can be seen: clean, checked out, progress, inspect and scheldued.

Bookings made through OTA partner, travel agency or Application, get into the room calendar automatically. To add a reservation manually you can use the option ‘Add new reservation’ on the top.

Reservation

Both incoming and manually booked bookings are in light blue and with ‘expected_unbound’ status in the room calendar. If the guest has bouned his/her reservation in the application or the reservation was made through the app, the status will be ‘expected_bound’ in the PMS.

After check-in the reservation will be in deep blue and with ‘checked\_in\_unbound’ status.

If the guest has made the reservation via mobile app, or bound the reservation to his/her account the status will be ‘checked\_in\_bound’.

The guests can make check-in with the application if the reservation was made through the app or it was bound to the account. If the guest makes the check-in via the app before the check-in time, the reservation in the room calendar will change to light brown/ gold colour and ‘pre checked-in_bound’ status.

The hotel can set how long before arrival the check-in can be made, and the time, when the guest gets the room, can be modify individually. Until that time, the system will not send out the mobile key to open the room door.

On the day of arrival, the status stays in ‘pre checked-in’ while the previous guest is not logged out and then the status does not modified to ‘clean’ (and until the other ‘room ready’ conditions are met). After check-out, the colour of the reservation will change to gray in the room calendar.

PMS rooms

Here you can see the accommodation’s rooms grouped by room type.

In this interface you can follow in which rooms the guest pressed the Do Not Disturb button in the application. (This is especially important for house keeping staff). In addition, you can see here in which rooms have a guest inside, to which rooms guests are coming, from which one guests are leaving, where is a change of arriving/ leaving guests , which rooms are on Out of Order and which are inactive.

Rates

Here you can set the rates by room types and add shorter and longer descriptions to them. The data for the siteminder connection is generated here also. Prices can be entered on a daily basis and for a period in this menu item also .

Guests

The list of registered guests can be found here. You can view their details and booking history in chronological order.

Partners

You can add OTA partners here. More information: Partner management and OTA rules

Invoicing

Here you can view and filter the issued invoices.

Settings

Here you can add the accommodation’s rooms, set the room types and templates for billing items. Also here you can write/ edit email templates for the guests and the app users, etc.

Statistics

Different statistics can be generated from the system.

Accommodations

If more than one accommodation uses TMRW PMS, you can switch between them in this menu item.

Language selector

Here you can choose the preferred language. Currently 6 languages are available (English, Hungarian, German, Spanish, Romanian and Slovenian).

Log out Here the PMS user can log out.
